This really isn't a suggestion but more of a question. I'm unable to get into the chat room; it states it will open in another window but never does.
Any ideas?

Make sure that your pop-up blocker is turned off or that it will accept pop-ups from this site.

Ah ha found another spot on the toolbar to allow pop-ups.

do you have AT&T Yahoo protection? If so you have to open it to turn off the blocker.

See thats like me, I have like 3 pop up blockers due to have add ons on the toolbar
