Hello everyone,

I'm here in Crawfordsville, Indiana watching it rain and sleet!! Not a good day for riding but I"m getting the bug again, despite the weather. Looking forward to some warm riding this summer and my first long road trip!

I was glad to see a group of Women riders that seems friendly and open. My sister lives in OK and I'm going to try to get that way this summer on a ride so maybe I will be able to actually meet some of you.

Till then, I'm looking forward to some good conversations here. I'll be looking for good advice from experienced road warriors about my first long ride! Anything you can offer is appreciated.

Welcome Harleygirl - We had lots of rain in Oklahoma this weekend too! Doesn't make for good riding weather, does it? It is very cool that your sister is out here. When you come out, maybe you can join us for a ride. That would be a fun!!! Hopefully your weather will be sunny in no time!!

I am two other SIS members from New Jersey are going on an "Epic Journey" this summer...don't know where exactly your are in Indiana, but we will be passing through there and would love for you to join us for a portion or all of the journy. Hello and welcome!!! I'm way up north in Minnesota, so my bike is cold and lonely in the garage. (well, she does have hubby's bike, but I know she's rather have me. Wink

) Soon....soon the 2008 riding season will be here for me. Until then, I keep dreaming!
